Located in Hutchinson, Minnesota, Pride Solutions LLC is a custom plastics parts manufacturer specializing in Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW-PE) material.
Pride Solutions was founded by the Daggett Companies in 2002, and includes four collaborative divisions headquartered in a 25,000 square foot manufacturing facility: May Wes, a leading supplier of UHMW poly agricultural components (including skid shoes, Stalk Stompers and much more); C&A Pro performance snowmobile skis; Pride Engineered Plastics, a contract manufacturer specializing in UHMW-PE material; and Pride Assembly, a turnkey supplier of custom electro-mechanical assembly services.
Our custom plastic parts manufacturing services include compression molding and overmolding, plastic fabrication, CNC routing and lathe, Plastic Forming – line bending, thermo, In-house CNC metal turning, Supply Chain Management and material planning, Engineering – Design and CAD/CAM using the latest SolidWorks and HSM Express software.
Our B2B contract assembly services include product, assemblies, sub-assemblies, complete box builds, prototype to volume assembly, mechanical assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, assemblies with Bill of Materials (BOM) from 2 - 100s of pieces, labeling, packaging, and shipping, customer support - CRM/MRP, Assist in assembly process development for job efficiency, supply chain management, material logistics and inventory management, production monitoring and communications, practice formal change control, serializing and documentation of assembly process.

Our History
Pride Solutions, LLC was founded in 2002 under the Daggett Companies umbrella. Our founder Tom Daggett, president of Hutchinson Manufacturing LLC, started the company after acquiring May Wes, a respected aftermarket agricultural part manufacturer that pioneered the use of poly in agriculture equipment back in 1972. In the early 2000s Pride Solutions also became the exclusive manufacturer of C&A Pro snowmobile skis under a licensing agreement with C&A Pro Skis LLC.
We leverage the compression molding and plastic fabrication expertise of these two legendary Minnesota businesses to offer unsurpassed service to our contract manufacturing customers through our growing Pride Engineered Plastics and Pride Assembly divisions.
All of our divisions are headquartered under one roof and share common management, expert staff and equipment. This helps us keep our costs low, and we pass these savings along to you!
In 2016, Tom’s son Jack Daggett became president of Pride Solutions. Under Jack’s leadership, all four of Pride’s divisions have experienced steady growth in sales and profitability. In 2018, Pride Solutions received the Made in Minnesota Manufacturing Awards Best in Class Small Business Award and Jack was a finalist for the Emerging Leader Award. At this same awards ceremony, Tom Daggett was recognized with a Lifetime Achievement Award and May Wes received the Best Game-Changing New Product Award.

Pride Solutions is located in beautiful Minnesota, the Land of 10,000 Lakes. We enjoy spending time in the great outdoors and want to make sure our kids and grand-kids can too. That’s why we take great pride in our recycling program.
We recycle all of our scrap plastic,
metal, paper and cardboard.
Nothing is wasted at Pride Solutions. Our modern equipment and software allows us to tightly nest parts to avoid material waste – which helps us keep costs down while protecting our planet.
Commitment to our Community
Pride Solutions and its employees place a high value on community involvement. Pride employees are involved in numerous volunteer activities, including youth sports, 4-H, volunteer firefighting, and the local snowmobile trail club. Pride Solutions’ executive management team also participates in various organizations including Made in McLeod, the Hutchinson Economic Development Authority and the Hutchinson Area Chamber of Commerce and Tourism. Through its C&A Pro division, Pride Solutions actively supports the sport of snowmobiling, sponsoring professional and amateur athletes, including youth, and all major snowmobile race organizations.
