CNC Operator & Fabricator Matthew Schmidt Named Employee of the Quarter

Pride Solutions is proud to recognize CNC Operator and Fabricator Matthew Schmidt as our Employee of the Quarter.

Matt exemplifies Pride's core values and is a tremendous asset to our company.

Matt has participated in numerous photo and video shoots to support our marketing efforts and has become one of our social media stars. Videos featuring Matt rank among our top viewed videos on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. Matt also has offered many excellent suggestions to help us grow our marketing program, most notably suggesting that we work with Tony Fast of Fast Ag Montana who has helped us launch three new products for our May Wes Manufacturing division (5 finger quick tines, cutterbar skid shoes, Du-Ha) and grow sales for Slickplates, Poly Cutting Edges and C&A Pro Snowmobile Skis, which are compression molded from UHMW in our compression molding shop.

Matt helped organize our 20th Anniversary employee picnic and ran our 1st Annual Fishing Contest. He regularly works overtime to help meet the production needs of our growing company. If he detects an error on customer orders, he alerts sales staff rather than taking the easy route and shipping the orders. Matt has been a huge help developing content and suggestions for our 80% FAQ videos and helping us increase sales of our May Wes poly cutting edges for snowplows.
